A day course of one year's duration

Conditions for eligibility:

For candidates on deputation: Bachelor's degree in any subject plus BLIS degree or equivalent from a recognized institution, with minimum 3 years' experience after passing BLIS as a whole-time salaried staff member in a reco,gnized library or information centre. (No-objection Certificate from appointing authority to be submitted.)

For all others: Bachelor's degree in any subject plus BLIS Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution with , minimum 55% marks in BLIS (41% for SC/ST and 50% PD)

Selection Procedure:

Selection will be made on the basis of academic results and a written admission test.
