Research Project Many completed over past three decades related to U.S., Indian, Soviet/Russian/German and strategic issues, including several in the USA and Europe. Currently, several projects underway relating to topical issues like terrorism, US wars in Afghanistan & Iraq, India's Foreign Policy, esp. nuclear issue, etc.
Other Academic Distinctions * Highest course in German (obersupe) language of the Goethe Institute (Munrich) in Germany; twice stood first in Russian language certificate and Diploma courses at School of Foreign Languages, R.K. Mission, Institute of Culture, Gol Park.
* Fluent in German beyond English & Bengali; working knowledge of Russian, Dutch & Hindi.

* Adviser to various governmental educational bodies.
