FACULTY OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY---Power Engineering

The Department was established in the year 1989 with a view to produce specialised engineers in the field of Power Plant Engineering. It started with an intake of about 10 students and now it has been increased to about 20. The course contains power plant related subjects starting from coal feeding to power generation. Faculties include those from Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering disciplines.
