Admission Procedure - Eligibility, Time to apply

Admission is made through Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted by the Govt. of West Bengal for Engineering and Medical Colleges of the state; Candidates must pass the 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Admission for Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering is made through qualifying marks of GATE Examination followed by an interview. The Post Graduate programme in the department also accommodates a limited number of industry-sponsored candidates.
